1.      What is the Promotion about?

The Digicel Christmas promotion offers a chance to WIN the following:

a)       Weekly prizes (all customers) – selected prizes

b)       Grand Prize – 2 WINNERS selected to receive up to XCD $25, 000 each.

2. How long will this promotion run?

Promotion runs from November 18^th 2011 to January 31^st 2012.

3. How does the promotion work?

Promotion works as follows;

[Prepaid customers]

a)       Simply top up $15 or more and receive SMS with a letter.

b)       Collect ALL 7 letters and spell the word D I G I C E L

c)       Customers automatically qualify for a chance to weekly prizes once top up thresh hold of $15 is met.

d)       Customers who spell D I G I C E L will be automatically entered into the Grand Draw.

[Post-paid customers]

a)       Customers’ accounts in GOOD STANDING will automatically qualify for the weekly draw.

b)       Customers simply pay their bill in FULL AND ON TIME and automatically qualify for the Grand Draw.

c)       Every $15 spent towards a customer’s post-paid bill, the customer will receive ONE entry. Example; if a customer pays $49 towards the bill, the customer will receive 3 entries into the Digicel Christmas promotion.

** winning customers for the weekly draw will be contacted by a Digicel representative.

4. Is the $15 Top up accumulative?

Top up value of $15.00 is NOT accumulative. (Customer must top up $15 or more in one transaction)

5. Are all forms of top up eligible for this promotion?

All forms of top up including ONLINE TOP UP are eligible for the Digicel Christmas Promotion.

NOTE:  Credit U transfer is not considered as a top up

6. How will I know that I have collected all 7 letters?

Winning customers will automatically receive a CONGRATULATIONS SMS informing them that they have successfully collected all letters. They will also receive a call from a Digicel representative.

7. What are the weekly prizes?

8. When are the end dates to qualify as the last semi-finalist of the Christmas promotion?

The end dates to qualify as the last semi-finalist (i.e. top up and complete the word DIGICEL) are 24^th December 2011 (1^st draw) and 2^nd February 2012 (2^nd draw).

9. How will the cash be shared?

Four (4) lucky customers will be selected on December 24, 2011 and February 02, 2011. Customers will randomly select 1 out 8 prizes and ONE of these customers will emerge as the GRAND PRIZE WINNER – up to XCD $25, 000 CASH.

Note: 2 Grand WINNERS, 1 in December 2011 and 1 in February 2012

10. When will the grand prize draw be held?

Draws will be held on December 29^th, 2011 and February 10^th, 2012

11. Where will the daily and weekly draws take place?

Draw will take place over the air via the following radio station;

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§  The Spell DIGICEL & Win Promotion starts on November 18^th, 2011

§  The promotion is available to ALL Digicel Subscribers (Prepaid & Post-paid).

§  Every top up of $15 or more gives prepaid customers 1 entry into the promotion.

§  Postpaid subscribers MUST pay their bill in FULL and ON TIME to qualify.

§  All forms of top up are eligible for the promotion including ONLINE Top Ups. Credit U is NOT a form of Top Up and therefore does not give a customer any promotion entries.

§  The $15.00 top up amount is NOT accumulative.

§  Weekly prizes include FREE large screen TV, Digital Camera, Weekend getaway and credit totaling $30,000.

§  Weekly prizes vary during the promotion – please see prize schedule at the end of this presentation

§  Grand Prize winners will receive a chance to win cash prizes totaling XCD$50,000.
