“Text To Win – Unscramble Word Game” is a promotion that offers ALL Digicel subscribers with a chance to be 1 of 8 lucky WINNERS to WIN a WCMF ticket plus $100 CASH prize. Customers simply text the key word “FESTIVAL”to7171and enter the ‘Text to win – Unscramble Word Game promotion. For each request to short code 7171, the customer receives a corresponding SMS and will be required to follow the instructions.

 

2.       Is the promotion available to both pre-paid and post-paid subscribers?

 

The ‘Text to Win’ promotion is available to both pre-paid and post-paid subscribers.

 

3.       How does the ‘Text to Win’ promotion work?

 

The promotion will operate as follows;

·         Digicel Subscriber texts “FESTIVAL” to 7171.

·         Reply message received;

“Welcome to Digicel's WCMF Word Scramble Game. Answer correctly and get a chance to WIN 1 of 8 tickets to WCMF + $100 CASH! Now unscramble oloktsrab”

 

NOTE:   Each text cost $1.00

 

·         Customer will repeat the process, i.e. text FESTIVAL to 7171 and receive additional ‘words to unscramble and increase their total value/points in the game. As the customer continues to text, the next message will be as follows;

Sub text to 7171.............“You are correct! Now unscramble….<followed by the next word in the sequence>.

Sub text to 7171.............“Right answer, keep playing! Now unscramble _____”

Sub text to 7171.............“That’s correct! Now unscramble ____”

Sub text to 7171.............“You’re doing well! Now unscramble ____”

Sub text to 7171.............“WOW you're doing great! Now unscramble ____”

Sub text to 7171.............“You're correct, keep playing! Now unscramble ____”

 

·         If a subscriber text the wrong word to 7171, the following message will be received;

“Sorry, that answer is incorrect. Please try again."....followed by the same unscrambled word  that was incorrectly answered”

·         Once the customer has successfully completed the game, the final message received as follows;

“Congrats, U have successfully completed Digicel’s WCMF Word Scramble. Remember the more U play the more chances U have to WIN 1 of 8 tickets to WCMF + $100 CASH!”
